Booking Conditions:

1. The cost of your holiday includes:

a) Accommodation and use of the resort facilities

b) Cleaning and laundry charge on departure

 

2. The price of the holiday does not include:

a) Flights or travel (except for the boat service as described on the website www.horizonsky-penthouse.co.uk)

b) Transfers to and from the resort (although this can be arranged as an optional extra)

c) Holiday and medical insurance, (please see condition 9 below)

d) Meals (the penthouse is self-catering)

 

3. The person who signs / accepts the booking contract online is liable for that booking irrespective of the other people in the party.

 

4. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This must be paid in Pounds Sterling (£). The booking is not deemed to exist until the funds have reached our bank account and only then will your booking be secured.

 

5. Confirmation of your booking and of receipt of deposit will be via email unless otherwise requested.

 

6. Full payment is due 60 days prior the start of the holiday at Horizon Sky (or on booking for all reservations made less than 60 days prior the start of the holiday at Horizon Sky). This must be paid in Pounds Sterling (£) by PayPal (which includes debit / credit card payments) or by bank transfer (bank account details provided on booking):

 

7. If full payment is not received within 60 days prior to your arrival in the resort, the booking may be cancelled and you may lose your deposit.

 

8. Cancellation Policy:

 

  • Full Payment

Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment.

 

  • Split Payments (i.e. if you paid a deposit)

Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.

 

9. Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all clients must have full holiday insurance including cancellation, medical, extreme sports and third party cover. All personal belongings of the client and any equipment hired by the client are the sole responsibility of the client(s).

 

Subject to clause 15 we accept no responsibility for loss or damage howsoever arising.

 

10. Damage by the client to the penthouse and its contents must be paid for at the time of the incident.

 

11. The terms of your booking and any claim relating to it, the provision of services to you by us and any other matter arising out of this contract or your holiday will be governed by English Law, and shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Subject to clause 15, any liability of the owners of the penthouse will be limited to the value of any payments already received by us from the claimant at the date of claim.

 

12. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, due to matters within our control, you will be offered a full refund.

 

13. If we have to cancel your booking due to matters beyond our control, such as force majeure – including war, civil strife and inclement weather – we will not be able to offer a refund.

 

14. We cannot be held responsible for any delays you incur whilst travelling to the resort.

 

15. Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or for loss arising from negligent misrepresentation or fraud.

 

16. The accommodation will be held for between the dates agreed at the time of booking only. The penthouse will be available from 12-noon on the agreed arrival date until 10am on the agreed departure date. We may on request be able to permit earlier access or late departures but are not able to guarantee this.

 

17. No pets are permitted.

 

18. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the penthouse.

 

19. We have tried to be entirely accurate with all the information provided (and as described on the website www.horizonsky-penthouse.co.uk) but subject to clause 16, cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies. If there are any changes we will endeavour to notify you when you book.
